This year from December 2nd through Sunday December 6th the Holiday Ale Festival will be keeping Portland beer lovers warm with the cold season brews at Pioneer Square. Come try dozens of different beers from all over the northwest under the large canvas tent. Gas heaters are scattered around the square to prevent the frosty weather from creeping in and keep the beer fans warm. Take a gander at the beautiful Christmas tree that the city put up and decorated this year while attending the premier winter beer festival of the west coast. Like other beer fests you must be 21+ to enter. A $20 package gets you a wristband and an official mug as well as tokens for beer. A sample is one token, and a full mug is 4 tokens. Designated drivers get in free (but no beer for you).
