The Oregon Museum of Science and Industry has always been the best destination in Portland to engage kids in the wonders of science, physics, and technology.  OMSI is now hosting “OMSI After Dark” the last Wednesday of each month, which is all of the fun of OMSI without the little ones.  That’s right, one night a month OMSI is open for adults only (21+ and remember your ID) and beer, wine, pizza, and sandwiches will be available.  Grab a glass of wine and explore the exhibits about dinosaur fossils, or better yet you can take your pint o’ beer over to the robotics area (my favorite) and play with the hands on activities available.  OMSI After Dark gives you the opportunity to explore the wonders of OMSI sans the kidlets.  Now if only Disneyland did something like this for a day…..
