Arlington Heights [Portland Zip Code 97201] is a neighborhood in the affluent West Hills area of Portland. With less than 250 residents, the neighborhood features some of the most noteworthy Victorian and contemporary architecture Portland has to offer (60% of the homes were built before 1939). Arlington Heights is close to city center and offers easy access to the scenic Washington Park, which includes Hoyt Arboretum, the Japanese Garden, and the Oregon Zoo. Many residents walk or bike to work downtown. They also have easy access to the many shops and restaurants along Northwest 21st and 23rd Avenue.
