Montavilla [Portland Zip Code 97213] is a neighborhood located partially in southeast and partially in northeast Portland, Oregon. It is bordered by the Hazelwood, Powellhurst Gilbert, Mount Tabor, Center and Madison South neighborhoods. The neighborhood has been up-and-coming the last few years and has attracted quite a few businesses, such as the newly-restored Portland landmark, the Academy Theater (7818 SE Stark).
