Portland’s Cinco de Mayo Fiesta is the first big celebration of the year at Portland’s Waterfront Park. Attracting more than 300,000 people a year, Portland’s Cinco de Mayo Fiesta is the largest of its kind in North America. Guadalajara’s Ballet Folklorico and Mariachis will be performing daily. A new addition to this year’s Cinco de Mayo Fiesta is The Guadalajara Pavilion, which is an authentic Mexican Market and Plaza housing Authentic Mexican merchants and live stage performances all weekend long.
