Restaurant Tokyo is a little known gem in the Tanasbourne shopping center which has a clean, quiet and authentic Japanese feel.  The staff is efficient and pleasant, and the food is amazing.  Each time I come here, I try a new type of roll despite having many known favorites on the menu.  My most recent visit, I tried the chefs special which was a fresh super white tuna with spicy cream sauce.  Couple this with a Crispy Alaska roll, a Dragon roll, and a hot sake full to the brim and you have a full meal for two under $30.
