Where is Yummy Late Night Grub in PDX?

So I was thinking last night and many other late nights here in PDX, where do I go for yummy late night grub? Every city has to have their famous late night foods, like roach coaches serving up tacos, or the diner serving up greasy fried chicken. Where are these places here in Stumptown, and why haven’t I found them yet? I am inviting all thoughts and knowledge of the best places in PDX to grab some filling late night grub. This could be interesting. Looking forward to see where all you Portlanders grab your late night eats.

    I know of two offhand:

    The Roxy-1121 SW Stark-Open 24 hours-Classic American late-night food, burgers, breakfast, etc. but so much better than many similar places.

    Bistro Montage-310 SE Morrison-Open til 2 AM weekdays, 4 AM weekends-Cajun food, really good jambalayas and macroni/cheese dishes.

    24 Hour Hotcake House, of course. Also, Hammy’s Pizza delivers until 4am. Not to mention the usual suspects (Denny’s, IHOP) - check around the Rose Quarter and on 82nd for the better ones.
